Reading this article, I have to wonder: If I keep posting entries critical of the neodraconian stance the Federal government has taken with respect towards the civil liberties of American citizens, how long will it be before *I'm* labeled a left-winger and end up on one of these no-fly lists?

The only way that I can ensure that I will never be punished for my speech is to not speak at all -- which runs counter to every principle of personal freedom that this country was founded upon. It's terrible that we're allowing our government to silence dissent in the name of security.
