#4 Steve Maine on 12.09.2004 at 9:26 AM: I've been staring at /two for a while now. I've tried numerous variations of Ceasar Shift cypers, but no luck. I have a feeling the repeated (23-1) (23-1) is significant somehow; that's how I'm currently approaching this.
